We have been hard at work building our own system. No longer will we rely on an outside source to run our business. No more wishing we had this feature or when will they release that feature. We have full control. Now when we come up with a new way to serve our customers better, we can add it right away. Please give us any feed back as we roll it out. We have begun rolling out the new system as of December 1st.
Our CUSTOMER PORTAL is now live. It contains many great functions including submitting and managing your service requests, accepting estimates, pay invoices and much, much more. We install, maintain and repair all types of treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes,cross trainers and strength equipment for the entire Kansas City Metro area and beyond in Kansas and Missouri. We are a staff of 6 employees with over 48 years of combined experience. We provide service to health clubs, corporate wellness, professional athletic teams, apartment complexes, junior colleges, universities, schools, golf/country clubs, military bases, hotels, personal training, police, fire, hospitals, etc. We are fully insured and trained by major manufacturers.

Every facility should implement a routine maintenance program. A regular preventative maintenance program truly can extend the life of your fitness equipment and save money in the long run. Identifying problems before they occur will not only minimizes the possibility of equipment downtime, but can also help circumvent safety issues and potential injury.
Every piece of fitness equipment comes with a manufacturer suggested Preventative Maintenance Schedule which should be performed from the day you receive your equipment.
At Advanced Fitness Tech, we know that every company is unique. For that reason we offer different maintenance programs to meet your needs:
TOTAL CARE PACKAGE | With this program you choose between monthly or quarterly visits. If there are any repairs needed there are NO LABOR CHARGES. Charge do apply for parts and *NO SERVICE CALL FEE.
MONTHLY and QUATERLY MAINTENANCE | These programs both come with a discounted labor rate and *NO SERVICE CALL FEE.
CUSTOMIZED SERVICE | This program is designed to fit the client’s want and needs for service. Standard labor rate and still there is *NO SERVICE CALL FEE.
